Andy, Mo-Bug, Lulu, and Baby Boy-
Happy New Year, my beautiful family. You each bring me more joy than I thought imaginable. Yesterday, as we were all cuddling in bed, I tried to think of one thing from my pre-kids life that I would rather be doing. And you know what? I got nothing. Not a single thing could have brought me more joy in that moment then to watch you girls hug each other, tackle cuddle your daddy and give Baby Brother kisses through my tummy. Nothing is funnier. Nothing is more intimate. Nothing more sacred.
Here’s to a beautiful and worthwhile 2013, spent raising babies, filled with love and laughter. And here’s to an even better 2014.
